SPORTS PHYSICAL NIGHT for 2010 - 2011
On June 3rd, Poway High School Physicals will held at Rancho Bernardo High School from 6:30-8:30 pm in the gymnasium. The cost is $20 for the physical.  Incoming Freshmen, and returning players are welcome to take their physical exams at Rancho Bernardo.  Remember, you must also complete a physical examination in order to get your Ticket to Play.

 

Ticket to Play Information: Incoming Freshmen and returning players, you must have a completed Ticket to Play in order to be eligible to play Lacrosse for Poway High School.  You can get your forms at: http://www.powayusd.com/pusdphs/ATHLETICS/forms.html
