Welcome to the website for the Poway Lacrosse Foundation. Our mission is to support the Poway High School Boy's Lacrosse program though parent and community support. The Poway Lacrosse Foundation is a registered 501 (c)3 organization. This website serves as the central communication site for the foundation and the Poway Boy's Varsity and JV Lacrosse teams.

Spring 2012 Boy's Lacrosse Meetings

A meeting will be held on Thursday, January 26th during lunch in K-1 for all Poway High students interested in playing lacrosse in Spring 2012.

A parent and player meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 1st at 7:30pm in K-1 at Poway High School.

Speed and Conditioning

The lacrosse foundation is sponsoring an off season speed and conditioning clinic. The sessions will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6-7pm at Meadowbrook Middle School. The sessions start on January 30th and end February 17th. The cost is $90 for 9 sessions.
