Lacrosse is a California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) recognized sport. However, at Poway High School, the teams receive virtually no financial support from the school or district. Therefore, we must rely on parent and community support to meet the needs of our teams and the growing popularity of our sport.

Individual players are asked to participate in our fundraising activities to cover some needs of our team, but their activities do not cover all of the program's expenses which include coaches' salaries, bus transportation to games, utitlity costs for lights at night games, referee fees, janitorial charges, uniforms, ball, goals and nets in addition to manhy other costs to run a successful program.

Please see our "wish list" of items we need for the season. Your donations can be specifically targeted to buy these particular items or you can choose to give to our general fund to meet other season expenses. In either case, your giving will be very much appreciated by our coaches and players and can be recognized by your membership and recognition from our In the Crease Club.
